Established in 1988, Central Supplies prides itself on the highest level of BRC accredited services and a broad range of quality products to suit all requirements. Our many long-standing employees have vast experience and understanding of customers needs; it is down to their commitment and loyalty that we are able to build effective working relationships.

Distribution is made from our purpose built 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse situated within close proximity to Birmingham by our own fleet of chilled vehicles. With our carefully planned delivery schedule, every effort is made to ensure all orders are delivered on time. Orders are captured by our enthusiastic Telesales team, who are on hand to assist with all orders and enquiries between 6.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

In a constantly changing market where consumer tastes are becoming more diverse each day, it is important that we as a company have an open and flexible approach.

Over 40 years’ experience in sales from van salesman to now developing sales throughout Europe, Mike is a family man with 6 children and 13 Grandchildren at the moment. This leaves no time for hobbies apart from following the baggie bird, visiting his beloved caravan, fishing and looking for long lost golf balls.

Peter has had many years of experience in the food industry often using his love and knowledge of good food to help source products for customers. He is always willing to go the extra mile (particularly when a spitfire is on offer). He enjoys walking his adorable Westie and likes to roam Cornwall in his caravan.

Alpro Category Manager / Health & Safety Manager

Phoebe works closely with Alpro to develop the categories sales, alongside managing the company’s health and safety after completing her Level 6 NEBOSH Diploma. She is a keen runner, enjoying cross-country and trail marathons. Phoebe travels to weird and wonderful remote places and is very adventurous. She isn’t afraid of a bungee-jump!

Martin has more than 30 years of experience with Wyke Farms and now holds a joint roll representing both Wyke Farms and Central Supplies mainly in the south west. He enjoys playing squash and winning at whatever cost and has recently taken up tennis. He also used to play rugby for Wasps.

Through her commitment and passionate personality, Sarah has steadily progressed over the years and now looks after our customers in the South East. Alongside this, she is also our Marketing Co-Ordinator. When she’s not out and about visiting customers, she likes nothing more than spoiling her adorable nephew. Sarah is known for her lucky streak, winning the Irish lottery more times than she can count!

Chris has been in the food industry since 1979 and is mainly focused on the dairy sector – he is even known as Chris the Cheese to friends and family! He has worked with customer such as Christophe Novelli and Jamie Oliver. Chris is an ex-pro footballer with Arsenal and was semi-pro for 12 years he also enjoys golf, cricket & supporting Roselyn Park Rugby when he can.

At an impressive 30 years, Jan is the company’s longest standing employee. She looks after our London, North West and overseas customers. When Jan is not processing orders, she is jetting off on exotic holidays soaking up the sun with her partner Richard.

Managing our Telesales and Marketing department, Rosie takes an active role in continually improving our customer service practices. Alongside her busy work schedule, Rosie recently achieved her CIM in professional digital marketing at Coventry University. To relax, she enjoys countryside walks and yoga.

A decade’s worth of service gives Emmy extensive company knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. These, accompanied with her bubbly personality, are valued by our customers in the southern region. After leaving a busy office, Emmy goes home to two very energetic boys which like to keep her on her toes.

Starting off as an apprentice many years ago, Beth is now a well-established member of the team covering our Scottish, Welsh and Midland customers. Her cheeky smile and amusing personality leave the rest of the office in hysterics, she is definitely the comedian of the group!

Starting in our production room, Finlay now puts her many adaptable skills to use looking after customers in the North East. She also organises all the company samples; she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty!

The office is regularly entertained by Finlay’s singing, our office jukebox!

Molly embraces a varied role within the office. With knowledge in everything telesales, she really knows her stuff! Molly loves takeaway food and is always out and about to try out the latest eateries; she has been known to travel quite some distance for some good grub.

Peter built Midland Chilled Foods, from 1 person (him) to 270 staff when he sold the business. His knowledge of customers and logistics across the UK will bring another level of experience to our company. His hobbies include squash, bridge, and photography.

Carly plays a key role within Central Supplies. Along with being PA to our managing director, she handles a big section of our purchasing, looks after Credit Insurance, and is responsible for creating new customer accounts. Outside of work Carly enjoys spending time with her family and close friends and following Fomula 1.

James brought his previous experience working within the food sector and now applies his knowledge and negotiation skills to his roles in both purchasing and stock control. His real passion is football and has always supported Birmingham City like all his family. When he’s not busy here at Central, he likes nothing more than spending time with his wife, friends and family.

Paul has 25 years of experience in the food industry and has always been focused on building strong relationships with suppliers while thriving on looking for new opportunities for the business. When he’s away from work he enjoys his free time playing golf and spending time with his family.

David’s analytical ability allows him to excel in his role of managing our accounts department. Dave enjoys spending time out in the fresh air with his beautiful Boxer dogs. He has 2 children, one of whom has emigrated to New Zealand, giving Dave a great excuse for a holiday!

Utilizing her inter-personal skills, Sharon manages the Human Resources for the company. Having joined the team from the early stages, she has helped to develop a positive working culture for all employees. Sharon relaxes by walking her bouncy Labrador Honey and escaping to faraway beaches via cruise ship.

Simon handles the smooth operations of the business. Looking after IT and telecommunications, he also routes the vehicles and sources any outside transport requirements. He is always running around with his phone to his ear and a piece of paper in his hand. Simon likes to keep right on to the end of the road.

Mr. Jones has been employed by Central Supplies for over two decades. He has a vast amount of knowledge which he uses to run a busy warehouse and provides support on the logistics side of the company. He has four children, a dog, nine grandchildren and one Jan. He supports his local football team (Chelsea).

David has been in the cheese business since he was 16yrs old. He enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in all things food related. Dave likes nothing better than cooking for others; we wish he’d bring some in for us!
